Police arrested a 29-year-old man on Monday,18 July 2022 for sexualy assaulting a 20-year-old girl at Bekezela Squatter Camp on Sunday,17 July 2022 at 00:00 midnight.

It is alleged that the victim was asleep with her three months old girl when she heard someone touching her thighs. When she opened her eyes she recognized that it’s one of her neighbours half naked. She screamed for help and he ran away.

Investigation is underway and suspect will appear in the Johannesburg Magistrate Court.
