Libya Football Federation have parted ways with the Men’s National Team, head coach after a poor run for 2025 AFCON Qualifiers.

Milutin Sredojevic is another coach who is currently jobless after being shown the door in Libyan senior team.

After playing just two fixtures, the Serbian tactician was able to collect a single point after playing with such format 1 draw and 1 defeat.

But one point was not good enough to secure the post for a well experienced coach who have experience of being around Africa.

Libya kicked off their campaign with a draw of 1-1 home draw against Rwanda then followed by a 2-1 loss against Benin Republic on matchday two.

According to reports from the Libya Observer, the LFF is now looking to appoint a new coach before their decider double-leg fixture against Nigeria next month.

The first leg is set to be held at the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium in Uyo, Nigeria, while the second round will take place in Tripoli.
