Uganda coach aims to collect three points against bafana bafana

The cranes are yet to defeat Bafana Bafana since this two nations meet back in 2004 at Namboole.
Uganda and South Africa will challenge each other later on today at Orlando Stadium for 2025 AFCON Qualifier and kickoff set to be at 18h00.
The two nations are placed in Group k with other two nation such as South Suadan and Congo.
The two nations(Congo and South Suadan) have already played their fixture yesterday at Stade Alphonse Massemba-Déba and Congo collected three points after 1-0 victory.
As Bafana Bafana emerge as favourites to collect three points tonight, their head coach Hugo Broos reprimanded his players to not underestimate their opponents.
Bross said “It is very important when you play qualifiers to have good start. And a good start is six points out of six.
“I will not be happy if we don’t get six (points). We have the quality and the confidence but that does not mean we will underestimate our opponents.”
On the other hand the coach of Uganda coach Paul Put asked his players to give their all against bafana bafana as he aim to make tlfifth AFCON appearance as a coach.
Paul said “You are a group of Young and undoubtedly very talented players. You have what it takes to qualify but you need to work hard for it because it will not be given to you just like that.”
During the previous campaign of AFCON Hugo Broos together with his troops managed to finish on a third spot after defeating D.R Congo via penalty shoot-out.
