Exciting winger shared his ambitious targets for his new team Tusker FC

The former Murang’a Seal winger has set high targets after securing a move to the Kenyan Premier League giants.

Tusker FC new signing Eric Balecho wants to ensures the brewers to clinch titles. Balecho has joined Tusker after part ways with Murang’a Seal and feels he is at the right club to improve his career.

The winger was one of Muranga’s best players last season as he managed to provide seven assists and attracted interest from a several clubs such as Kenya Police and Nairobi City Stars.

Tusker FC has eventually won the race for his signature and he wants to ensure the club becomes successful again following their back-to-back second place finishes in the FKF Premier League.

Balecho said “It’s a big team that has lifted titles and I have come here to fight to make sure we have a good finish in the upcoming season.

“It’s a good challenge because every player has quality and what is important is fitting into the coach’s philosophy and moving together to ensure targets are achieved.

“I want to push and ensure I beat my goals and assists of last season so that we can lift a trophy.”

Balecho started his professional career at Mt Kenya University, where he worked as a journalism student, before his qualities attracted interest from Muranga.

He joined the club in 2020 and was key to their promotion to the top flight in 2022-23 season and they retained their status previous campaign.
