Leeds United are set to arrange the talks with Norwich City to sign their winger Jonathan Rowe.

According to the media publication Telegraph, who believe the England youth international is firmly on the Whites’ radar at this point.

Norwich City have lost the service of Gabriel Sara on £15m, who joined Galatasaray in the past 24 hours and they might also lose another key player with Leeds believes to have prepared £7m offer for Rowe after the departure of Crysencio Summerville, who has joined West Ham United.

Having sold Summerville for £25m+, Leeds United now have some money to spend before the end of the transfer-window with a few areas need to be reinforced.

And this amount could help them to get the service of Rowe, although it remains to be seen whether they will be able to reach an agreement with Thorup’s side.

The Whites are aiming to booster their attack following the Dutchman’s move to the London Stadium, with the 22-year-old leaving a huge role for Daniel Farke to fill between now and the end of the summer transfer window.

Rowe has been seen as a potential replacement, with the Whites seeing the Canaries’ star had impressive 2023/24 campaign.

He has spend a half of the season out with injuries and failed to help his side during the play-offs, but he stepped up in big occasion, scoring a brace against arch-rivals Ipswich Town.

The England international might make a move away from Carrow Road, even though it’s not clear, if the player will be allowed to leave Norfolk before the end of the transfer-window.

Rowe still has one year remaining contract, with the Canaries after he extend it by a further 12 months, which allows Johannes Hoff Thorup’s side to have the rights to negotiating.
