PSL confirms the fixture for new season

Premier Soccer League announced the fixture of the new season of 2024/2025 that will resume on second week of September.
PSL last month announced the departure of DSTV as the sponsor and they also managed to bring betting company on the board BETWAY.
PSL released a statement that confirms the fixture of Mzansi elite top division that will start on Saturday 14 September where Six teams will open the season then on Sunday 15 September we will have Two fixtures.
On the opening day we will have the game between Tshwane Giants Mamelodi Sundowns vs Supersport United then the other fixture to watch will be between Orlando Pirates vs Chippa United.
PSL wrote “The Betway Premiership will kick-off on the weekend of 14 and 15 September 2024. The opening day on Saturday,14 September will feature six matches with other two fixtures are scheduled for Sunday 15 September.
“The season opener will feature thrilling tswane Derby,with defending champion Mamelodi Sundowns facing their arch-rival Supersport United, Other key Saturday afternoon fixtures including Royal Am vs Cape Town City, Orlando pirates vs Chippa United and Marumo Gallants vs Kaizer Chiefs.
“Saturday evening will see Polokwane City vs AmaZulu FC, Skhukhune United vs Magesi Fc in Limpopo derby. On Sunday Richards Bay FC vs TS Galaxy and Stellenbosch FC vs Golden Arrows. The season of Betway Premiership will conclude one Saturday of 24th May 2025.”
